Tungsten Electrodes

Features:

• Also known as ternary composite rare earth tungsten electrode, contains three elements;
• • 1.5% lanthanum oxide
  • 0.8% zirconia
  • 0.8% yttrium oxide
• It is not radioactive in itself. The purpose of the composite is to balance the internal electron mobility and evaporation rate, so that the tungsten electrode can give full play to its performance and reduce the electron escape work of the electrons.
• It is easy to arc and repeat arc with composite tungsten electrode. If the welding cycle is longer than 15 minutes, its service life will be longer.
• The burning loss of composite tungsten electrode tip is obviously better than that of other tungsten electrodes.
• As the three oxides are doped and mixed in the electrode, there are strict requirements for the production process.
• Suitable for welding all kind of metal parts.
