Features:

• Asbestos-free one-pack solvent based bituminous compound with special extender pigments.
• It is thick compound but of non-runny consistency and dries solely by solvent release.
• Once dried, the sealant does not crack and is able to withstand high temperatures.

Applications:

• Specially formulation for sealing cracks and gaps in concrete, bricks, wood, zinc or asbestos roofing sheet and other roofing materials, awnings, rain gutters and down pipe joints,etc.
• It can be use as a coating for rust protection and also water proofing.
